One Response to New York Times bestselling series

  1. Marcos Villaló³n says:

    Hello!
My name is Marcos Villalón, I am a professional writer and TV scriptwriter and I would like to ask you an important question: Do you know where do all those drawings that are often disposed of and thrown in the bin go? Well, guess what? I have found the answer! All of them roll down to a distant and fantastic universe inside their paper balls; to a world where adventures and danger are around every corner, and where every drawing asks itself the very same question: Who is our creator?
But let’s not get ahead of ourselves; before describing this amazing world and its inhabitants, I would like to talk about my experience in literature. Among the many TV programs I have written, I can mention Chiquititas, also known as Tiny Angels —a young-adult soap opera aired for several years in Argentina and sold to Brazil, Mexico and even Israel and other European countries—, the sitcom Amor mío, which can be translated as My Love —produced by Televisa in Mexico and winner of the TVyNovelas Award as best comedy of the year 2007—, and the recent soap Señales del fin del mundo, which can be translated as Signs at the End of the World —aired in Argentina and sold to Israel and Disney Italy. Furthermore, I have written the book LOS DIBUJOS SIN MEMORIA, translated as Drawings Without Memory, a young-adult novel which was awarded the second place in the La Brújula Award of Spain, where it was finally edited. This is precisely the work I wanted to tell you about. Not long ago, I have managed to recover the rights over the book and now I am interested in publishing it in the United States. Besides, I have written a script based on the novel, designing it as the first movie of a trilogy.
Below, there is a short summary of the story:
“In the middle of the desert, there is a small village where all drawings thrown out by someone end up. This is what happens to Tiger, a brave cat that cannot remember anything about his past. In the village, Tiger would meet other drawings —a fairy, a strange monster with a yellow hat, a rag doll, a snake and a ninja ant— who, like him, lack all memories. Right away, Tiger and his new friends decide to embark on a long journey, full of risky adventures and funny situations, to search for their creator: the author of all the drawing. An amazingly entertaining novel, formatted as a movie script offering a view on universal subjects: the vocation, values, and the search for true love.”
If you happen to be interested in the novel to analyze it, I would gladly send it to you.
Thank you in advance for your attention.
Looking forward to hearing a positive response from you, as I honestly believe you are the agent I am searching for.
I assure you, you will not regret it!

    Marcos.
