(Watching smart cop shows makes exercising palatable.) Also, I’m not just looking for thrillers. Strong, voice and plot driven fiction is always a treat no matter what the category.

(I’m getting closer.) If you want to watch a great British television series, however, I would recommend Broadchurch. It’s a great whodunit and keeps you guessing up until the final episode of season one. Season two is just as compelling. I understand there will be an American remake, but I don’t know why. The accents can be hard to understand at times, but the actors are speaking English after all.
