Too many bosses are afraid to develop their subordinates. Too many parents don’t realize that their job is not to discipline, scold, or boss. Ideally, both should think if themselves as teachers, and every encounter should result in the other party learning something, even if it’s unconsciously, even if it’s “how not to do it”.
