		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve long maintained that it&#039;s much easier (for me, at least) to edit than it is to write.  The writer has to have IDEAS.  The editor has to have and know how to use the tools of grammar and story-telling to refine how those ideas are communicated.

It&#039;s like movies:  not so easy to assemble the cast, crew, and equipment, but boy, it&#039;s easy to see when those things haven&#039;t been utilized to maximum advantage!]]></description>
