I plan to finish the Parasol Protectorate series by Gail Carriger, get caught up on the Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich, and read Phillip Pullman’s Fairy Tales from the Brothers Grimm. There is also Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn as well as Bitterblue by Kristin Cashore. Added to that, my awesome husband just got me the Batman: Battle for the Cowl collection (I was having a bad day and he wanted to make me feel better). I don’t see my pile getting any smaller, just replenished as I go.

As a side note, I still have gift cards to spend so I am open to suggestions if anyone has any. 😉

It was released in the UK in the first week of January and in Australia end of 2012. I have a copy already and have just started reading it. In short it’s fantasy inspired by Wuthering Heights. With Wuthering Heights as one of my favorite books and Alison Croggon as one of my favorite fantasy authors, my expectations are high!
