For my job, in the current crisis. I live in Spain, and unemployment is at 30% here, and rising. For young people, it´s apparently even going up to 40%.
For the flat I moved into recently. After roughing it for three years in “temporary” accomodation, I´m fully enjoying my new home.
Writing-wise, I´m thankful for the support I´m getting from my writing instructor, who reads every new 10,000-word installment of my novel-in-progress and provides me with very useful and encouraging feedback.

In this economy, I’m thankful that I have a job that pays the bills and still leaves me time to pursue my writing. I’m thankful that I’ve managed to get two books published despite the odds and have an excellent agency representing me. And I’m thankful that pretty much everybody in my family gets along (well, usually).
