As I was thinking about it, though, I wondered if they were best dressed in just my imagination, or they were actually described this way? I'm glad she provided text.

It also strikes me that Bilbo in The Hobbit was pretty nattily dressed, as was Mr. Frog in The Wind in the Willows. And every princess in every fairy tale ever written. :-)
